GREAT!! But have a flexible schedule on the day of.
Hagen was GREAT! Would highly recommend. However, make sure to keep note that your tour timing will solely depend on the timing they give you (which they will give you ~24 hours prior). Would recommend having a flexible schedule that day. The tour operator that I called in advance (before booking) told me that check in is at 7:30 AM, we arrived on time only to see that no one was there. Do NOT rely on that time, but instead rely on the time that Hagen or one of the hosts tells you.

Great tour
Everything was well organized and professional. Pick-up was on time, the tour guide was very friendly, funny and told us lot about Everglades. I would recommend this company and it is good value for the money.

Banana joe forever
Tolle Planung. Von der Abholung am Hotel bis zur Ablieferung am Hotel Top,top,top. Am morgen ging es früh los. Hagen holte uns mit seinem schicken banana joe Bus ab. Von dort zu den everglades. Bis dahin erzählte uns Hagen viel über die glades, auch mit angreifbarem Material. Sehr interessant. In den glades war schon alles vorbereitet. Nach der Fahrt und der Show ging es weiter zur City Tour. Hier zeigte uns Hagen die ganze Stadt und noch mehr. Wo wir überall waren traumhaft. Wir sind Fans von banana joe geworden. Danke Hagen für den tollen Tag.

Nice experience with a very knowledgeable tour guide/boat captain.
The boat tour was very cool. I loved our Captain (Capt Baby Face) as he was so entertaining and knowledgeable. We saw quite a few alligators and tons of birds, etc. Our tour guide was friendly and stopped the boat several times to make sure we saw lots of wildlife. My group also enjoyed the alligator rescue show. It was also entertaining and very cool -- plus informative.

Super geniale Stadtrundfahrt mit bestem Reiseleiter " Hagen "
Haben 2 sehr interessante Tage mit dem besten Reiseleiter verbracht.Hagen war unglaublich. Super netter Kerl, beeindruckendes Fachwissen, tolle Tips für Restaurants und Unternehmungen mit Geheimtips. z.b. an den Keys. Haben am nächsten Tag einige der Stationen besucht.Haben die Miami City Tour und am nächsten Tag die Everglades Tour mit Abholung gebucht. Alles Perfekt geklappt. Abholung überpünktlich ( is halt doch noch was Deutsches in ihm ) ;-)Also absolute Empfehlung bei Banana Joe Tours zu buchen. Tolle Stadtrundfahrt in einer kleinen Gruppe
Wir haben sehr interessantes über Miami erfahren. Hagen ist ein toller Reiseleiter, der einem sogar gute Tipps für Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben hat. Diese Stadtrundfahrt ist auf keinen Fall langweilig. Wir haben an tollen Fotosstopps gehalten und Hagen hat sich wirklich die Zeit für jeden einzelnen genommen, damit jeder ein schönes Erinnerungsfoto bekommt. Wir saßen in einem klimatisierten Kleinbus (kleine Gruppe) und haben oft angehalten und konnten Miami auch ein wenig selbst erkunden. Hagen hat sich viel Mühe gegeben und die Stadtrundfahrt auch musikalisch mit den bekannten Lieder untermalt. Würde es jedem empfehlen hier zu buchen, da man einen tollen Eindruck von Miami bekommt.

Sehr schöner Ausflug!
Wir hatten eine tolle Tour in die Everglades. Hagen hat sehr viel interessantes über die Everglades (Alligatoren), aber auch über die Entstehung Miamis erzählt. Er hatte Schlangenhäute, Alligatorenköpfe, Bücher dabei, somit konnte die 1 stündige Fahrt gut überbrückt werden. Die Airbootfahrt ging eine ganze Stunde und wir konnten sogar 4 Alligatoren aus der Nähe sehen. Die Tour hatte uns so gut gefallen da sie nicht 0815 war und somit haben wir gleich bei ihm noch die Stadtrundfahrt für den nächsten Tag gebucht. Einfach empfehlenswert!

Each guide has different interests and takes you on his favorite route through Miami. There’s no set scheme that needs to be followed. Therefore every tour is different and we have retour customers that have taken our city tour three or four times and always had a different experience and saw the city from various angles.
The Everglades Tour always depends on current weather conditions and we always need to be flexible and carefully check what’s going on in one of the most unique National Parks. Whether its fires, water shortages or invasive species. There’s always a challenge that needs to be tackled.

We has a fantastic time on this half day tour to the everglades. Our wonderful tour guide, Hagen, was informative, interesting and even spoke two languages (English and German) so everyone on the tour was catered for. He collected us from our hotel exactly when he said he would, drove the group to the everglades holiday park where we took part I an airboat tour and then saw rescue alligators. It was a really interesting morning and I'd definitely recommend it. We only had a day to see the everglades before heading further down the coast and were glad we chose this option and were leaving feeling like we've seen the best bits.

Die Tour mit Hagen war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Wir wurden pünktlich von unserem Hotel in Miami Beach abgeholt und es ging direkt zur Everglades Tour. Hagen hat viele interessante Informationen über Miami und die Umgebung während der Fahrt erzählt. Die Airboattour war von ihm super organisiert. Wir mussten uns um nichts kümmern. Danach folgte die Stadtrundfahrt. Einmalig. Ein Deutscher, der sich unvergleichbar perfekt in Miami auskennt, brachte uns zu den wichtigsten und schönsten Plätzen der Stadt. Extrem viel Knowhow und eine sehr sympathische Art zeichnen Hagen aus. Als gestandener Bud Spencer und Terence Hill Fan kann er zusätzlich viel zu den gewünschten Drehorten sagen. Mit Hagen fuhren wir sogar auf Star Island, wo wir einen exklusiven Einblick in die Welt der Schönen und Reichen bekamen. Danke für einen unvergesslichen Tag in Miami!

Booked the Everglades tour. Anna was the driver, she was extremely prompt, friendly, interesting and funny!!! Try to sit near the front, she makes the drive to the park and back from the park very entertaining!! So the boat-it was exercise in embarrassment. I’m 6’5 and if I would have known the size of the boats I would have gone. The alligators were neat, the alligator show after was funny.

Recently my Family and I spent a week in south Florida . We wanted to have an adventure and boy did banana Joe and his team not disappoint. We used Them for our airport shuttle- A jet ski tour in Miami which was top notch and an Everglades tour . Talk about south Florida knowledge this crew loves what they do and it shows in their product . Everything was on time and fair prices we will be 100% using them again In the future . Im Rahmen unseres Urlaubes in Miami haben wir uns eine deutschsprachige Stadtrundfahrt mit anschließender Speedboot Rundfahrt (rund um Miami Beach) gebucht, um das Beste aus dem Urlaub herauszuholen und Informationen zu den besten Sehenswürdigkeiten in und um Miami echter Locals bequem in deutscher Sprache zu bekommen. Die Tour bestand aus einer Gruppe von 10 Personen, wovon wir 2 aus Deutschland waren. Somit war zu erwarten, dass die Tour in englischer Sprache stattfindet, da wir in der Minderheit waren.
Aber nein, Hagen hat die Tour einfach Hybrid gehalten und alles in Englisch und Deutscher Sprache erzählt und uns so die sonnigen Seiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten von Miami noch viel anschaulicher gemacht. Hagen ist ein toller Guide, der seine Wahlheimat ausgezeichnet kennt und auf alle Fragen eine Antwort hat. Wir können diese Reisen nur empfehlen und würden diese im nächsten Urlaub direkt wieder buchen.
